Yeah my truck is on straight propane.  The conversion was pretty easy, the hardest part was pulling out the old fuel system (not required).  Gas mileage wise, maybe a little better.  The truck never really got good gas mileage with gears and tires.

Sorry I missed the last URE trip, but will do the next one. My son is stationed at Ft Carson now. Been there just over 2 years minus Afghanistan time. He drives a Jeep XJ that is a monster and belongs to several off-road groups out there.

My oldest son and I are driving the FJ out there in a few weeks to visit him and do some Colorado trails. I have experienced a few on a previous trip but just as a passenger. Can't wait to put the FJ to the test. China Wall is the first one I will be doing...

haha it is!  yeah we were in the same unit.  i asked him about the east coast before i moved and he mentioned uwharrie.
