| I decided to replace my reverse light bulbs with LEDs to match the Rigid Dually LEDs going in the rear bumper, so I figured I might as well review the bulbs. The bulbs appear to be decent quality, and have a convex lens at the end as pictured. There's no reflector inside the aluminum housing and have around a 30 degree beam when used by themselves. In the tail light housing they spread a bit more, but certainly not to the extent the stock bulbs do. They are bright though and would be an adequate replacement though the light is more focused behind the FJ than to the sides. For a 5 minute project and $20, I'm very pleased with the resulting color which was my goal to start with. The bulbs: CREE 3w LEDs  Comparison shot (stock on driver's side, LED on passenger side):  |

| So you think they would be okay to run as standalone reverse lights?
They looks awesome compared to the stock bulbs! |

| I'd only say that they're adequate replacements. They're certainly as bright as the stock bulbs, but they don't flood as much. Of course, I found the stock bulbs to be completely inadequate with my dark tint, so... |

| Yeah...lol dark tint makes reversing in the dark a challenge any day.

| Hmmm, interesting. So same amount of light but more "condensed" and less of of a flood. Is the COLOR of the light the same as stock or since its an LED, is it more white??
